What is Semi-Custom?

We’ll handle the full setup of your chosen Billie Grace Studio template. That means installing the design, applying the structure, and getting the site ready for your custom content. No tech stress on your end.

Just send us your website copy—like your author bio, book blurbs, newsletter signup link, and social links—and we’ll drop it all into the right places on your site so it looks polished and intentional.

We’ll use your book covers, headshots, logos, and any other brand visuals you have to create a cohesive, author-branded site that feels like you from the very first scroll.

We’ll apply your brand color palette to your entire site so everything feels on-brand.

Need to hide a section, change button styles, or move some things around? We’ll make small layout adjustments to help your site flow better and work for your specific content and goals.

We’ll fine-tune small design details such as adjusting spacing, updating font styles, changing image shapes, or tweaking buttons to make your site feel even more refined and personal.

We’ll make sure your site looks stunning and works flawlessly everywhere, giving mobile readers the best possible experience.

To help with search engine visibility, we’ll add key SEO elements like page titles, meta descriptions, and image alt text, all optimized to reflect your content.

After we deliver your first draft, you’ll have two rounds of revisions to request changes or fine-tune the details so the final version feels exactly right before you launch.

We’ll create a dedicated shop page showcasing up to 5 books, with covers, blurbs, and external buy links. Need more than 5? No problem! Additional books can be added for an extra fee.
What’s Included?

We’ll make light layout adjustments, but full-scale redesigns or major structural changes to the template aren’t included. If you need something completely custom, our full design package may be a better fit.

You’ll provide all final copy for your site such as your bio, blurbs, and book info. While we’ll place your content beautifully, we don’t offer copywriting or editing as part of this package.

This package doesn’t include creating a logo, submark, or full brand identity. If you need those elements, we offer a separate branding suite that pairs perfectly with your website.

We’re happy to link to your newsletter, freebie, or reader magnet. However, we don’t set up tools like Flodesk, MailerLite, BookFunnel, or automations for you. You’ll need to handle those platforms directly.

After launch, your site is all yours! This package doesn’t include long-term updates or maintenance. However, you’ll be able to make edits on your own, and we’re always here if you need extra help later on.

We include minor CSS tweaks, but advanced coding such as scroll-triggered animations, custom transitions, or unique interactive features isn’t part of the semi-custom package.
