By purchasing or accessing products and services from Billie Grace Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Billie Grace Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides website templates, branding assets, and design services for creative entrepreneurs, primarily romance authors. Our products are delivered digitally, and services are provided remotely.

2. Product Licensing

When you purchase a website template or digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-use license.

You may:

  • Use the template or product for one personal website

You may not:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute any part of the template or design assets

  • Use the template for client projects or multiple sites without purchasing an additional license

  • Claim the design as your own

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via our website platform. Due to the digital nature of our products, all template and digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

If you are having trouble accessing your purchase or believe something isn’t working as intended, please reach out — we’re happy to help resolve it.

3A. Semi-Custom & Custom Services

When you book a semi-custom or custom project with Billie Grace Studio, you agree to the following:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the design calendar.

  • Final payment is due before the completed website is delivered or launched.

  • You’ll receive a detailed proposal or welcome guide outlining your timeline, responsibilities, and revision rounds.

  • You are responsible for providing all requested materials (copy, images, logins, etc.) on time. Failure to do so may result in delays or rescheduling.

  • Minor revision rounds are included based on the package selected. Additional revisions may incur added fees.

  • Final designs remain the property of Billie Grace Studio until full payment has been received.

Custom and semi-custom design work is a collaborative process. While we strive to meet your goals, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as increased traffic or sales.

4. Template Delivery

You will receive a PDF with instructions and access to training tutorials immediately after purchase. Your actual Squarespace template will be transferred to your account within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Important:
Please double-check your email address before purchase — your template will be transferred to the email you provide. If an incorrect email is entered, we can revoke and reassign the transfer once, but this may cause delays. Repeated issues or suspected misuse may result in cancellation without refund.

5. Support

Your template purchase includes:

  • Written tutorials to help you customize your site

  • Basic email support for setup questions

  • Continued access to our training hub

*Template support is designed to help you successfully implement and customize your template within the scope of the included training modules. This support covers questions related to setup, editing your pages, using the provided features, and applying the steps taught in the lessons.

Support does not include custom development, advanced CSS beyond what’s provided in the Bonus CSS Module, redesign requests, troubleshooting unrelated third-party code, or modifications outside the intended structure of the template.

For changes or features that fall beyond the scope of the training, you’re welcome to book a semi-custom or custom upgrade.

6. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, branding assets, tutorials, and other materials are the intellectual property of Billie Grace Studio and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. This includes issues related to third-party platforms (like Squarespace, Canva, or payment processors).

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site or services constitutes your acceptance of any revisions.

9. Template Usage + Licensing

All template purchases are for personal use only and include a single-use license. Templates may not be shared, resold, or reused for multiple websites. For licensing questions or upgrades, contact us directly.

10. Governing Law
